This study used all athletes who were registered as the Buleleng Regency contingent as subjects. This research is basic research that will get a description of the condition of the subject. The survey method uses a questionnaire that takes data on the level of confidence. The observation method is used to collect information through document data and events in the field. The data presented from this study is that 80.5% of athletes have high self-confidence and 17.3% moderate. Experience as an athlete &gt; 7 years 33%, 4-7 years 39%, and 0-3 years 28%. Age group 30.25% over 22 years, 54.36% aged 22-17 years, and 15.12% aged under 17 years. There are two methods used in this research, namely the survey method using the Health Literacy Study-European-Short Question 10-Indonesia questionnaire to assess the level of health literacy and the test method using the TKPN to determine the level of physical fitness. In this study, the research population consists of all students at Senior High School PGRI 2 Palembang, totaling 806 students. The sample for this research uses the Slovin formula approach, which results in a sample size of 88 students from classes X1, X2, and X3. Data analysis techniques employ quantitative descriptive analysis presented in the form of percentages using Microsoft Excel. The results of the health literacy level showed that 31.8% of students (28 students) were in the “insufficient” category, 33% (29 students) were in the “problematic” category, 30.7% (27 students) were in the sufficient” category, and 4.5% (4 students) were in the “perfect” category. Based on the average score is 28.8, the health literacy level of students at Senior High School PGRI 2 Palembang falls into the “problematic” category. For physical fitness the data reveals that 15.9% of students (14 students) have a “very good” level of physical fitness, 37.5% of students (33 students) have a “good” level of physical fitness, 46.6% of students (41 students) have “sufficient” level of physical fitness, and 0% of students (0 students) have “low” or “poor” physical fitness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan atlet karate senior yang direkomendasikan oleh beberapa perguruan karate yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo yang berjumlah 29 orang atlet. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) khususnya tes <em>VO<sub>2</sub>Max</em> dengan bleep test. Hasil penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berupa hasil analisis <em>VO<sub>2</sub>Max</em> atlet peserta seleksi Pra-PON cabang olahraga karate Provinsi Gorontalo tahun 2023. Analisis tingkat VO2Mak Atlit Putri mendapatkan nilai diatas rata-rata pada rentang usia 20-29 tahun sebanyak 3 orang dengan persentasi 60%. Kemudian hasil analisis tingkat VO2Mak Atlit Putra mendapatkan nilai diatas rata-rata pada rentang usia 13-19 tahun sebanyak 11 orang dengan persentasi 92%. When athletes become tired, their agility and technical skills decline. Low VO2max ability and limited agility can also affect athletes' psychology in futsal playing skills. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between VO2max and agility with futsal playing skills. The method used is quantitative research with a correlational design. The population in this study was 30 students who took part in extracurricular activities at SMA 2 Kendari. The sampling technique used total sampling, namely the entire population sampled was 30 people. The VO2max test instrument uses the Cooper test. Agility instruments use agility tests. The instrument for playing futsal skills uses passing, controlling and shooting tests. Based on the results of the correlation test between VO2max, agility and futsal playing skills (rx1x2Y) which is 0.758 with a significance value of 0.000 with a coefficient of determination of 0.57 or 57% supported by the VO2max and agility factors, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between VO2max and agility and playing skills. futsal with a significance value &lt;0.05. Penelitian yang dilakukan yakni penelitian deskriptif, teknik analisis data menggunakan satatistik deskriptif memakai tabulasi frekwensi dengan perhitungan persentase. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FIK yang mengambil mata kuliah pembentukan kondisi fisik yang berjumlah 30 orang, penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan kondisi fisik, yang terdiri dari tiga jenis tes yaitu, daya tahan diukur dengan vertical jump, kelentukan dengan sit and reach, dan kekuatan dengan sit up. The type of research used was a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were badminton extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 1 Jogoroto, and a purposive sampling technique was used to determine the research subjects and 12 students were obtained. The research subjects were given a combination treatment of bunny hop and squat jump exercises which were carried out three days a week for six weeks. The test instrument used is jump MD, then the result of the jump height is used to calculate the power formula. The instrument is used during the pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the paired sample t-test with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS applications. The results showed that the average value of leg muscle power during the pretest was 341.7 watts, while the posttest was 447.05 watts. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the data were normally distributed (p&gt;0.05) and the paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.00 (p&lt;0.05) so the results of the study showed that the treatment given in this study could significantly increase muscle power limbs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between a healthy lifestyle and the physical fitness of students. The correlational research method was used in this study involving 32 male students. Healthy lifestyle data was collected using questionnaires while physical fitness data was obtained by conducting a cooper test, then the data was analyzed using the Pearson correlation formula. The results of this study showed a positive and significant relationship between a healthy lifestyle and students' physical fitness (r = 0.40, p = 0.00).
